These no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Cups feature layers of creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crunch. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300g) fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) crushed graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons (70g) melted butter
  • 8oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, whipped
  • Strawberry jam, for layering
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream, additional graham cracker crumbles, sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Wash and dice fresh strawberries. Set aside.
  5. Begin layering the dessert by adding a spoonful of the graham cracker mixture to the bottom of small cups or jars. Follow with a layer of cheesecake filling, a layer of diced strawberries, and a drizzle of strawberry jam. Repeat until the cups are full, finishing with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top.
  6. Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and the layers set.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices just before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cups overnight to allow the flavors to meld. Use a piping bag for neat layering, and keep the cream and mixing bowl cold for optimal whipping.
