This festive Christmas Punch is a vibrant, crowd-pleasing drink featuring cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices with fizzy ginger ale, fresh citrus, and cranberries. It’s quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or regular)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 2 cups ginger ale (chilled)
  • 12 limes, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (optional)
  • Several cups ice (as needed)
  • Optional: 1 cup rum, vodka, or sparkling wine
  • Optional: 2–3 cinnamon sticks or star anise

Instructions

  1. Chill the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and ginger ale in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Wash and thinly slice the oranges and limes. Set aside a few slices for garnish.
  3. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the chilled ginger ale and stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
  5. Add the citrus slices, fresh cranberries, and optional cinnamon sticks or star anise. Stir once more.
  6. Fill the bowl with several cups of ice, or serve ice on the side.
  7. If making an adult version, add up to 1 cup rum, vodka, or sparkling wine. Stir gently.
  8. Ladle into glasses, garnish with extra citrus slices or cranberries, and enjoy!

Notes

Chill all ingredients for best fizz and flavor. Add ginger ale just before serving to keep the punch sparkling. For a less sweet version, use unsweetened juices and sparkling water. Garnish with citrus slices and cranberries for a festive look. Double or triple the recipe for larger crowds, keeping the ratios the same.
