Instructions

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons hot water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture using a hand mixer on medium-high speed for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form. If whisking by hand, whisk for 8-10 minutes, scraping sides occasionally.
