Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, flour, black pepper, and paprika. Let cold mashed potatoes sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before mixing.
  2. Optional: Add chopped green onions, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined. Add more flour if the mixture feels too sticky.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and set them aside on a plate or baking sheet.
