  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Optional: Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened shredded coconut, graham crumbs, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well mixed and forms a cohesive dough.
  2. Grab a cookie scoop or spoon and portion out small balls of the mixture. Roll them gently between your hands to form smooth, bite-sized spheres. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls in the fridge for around 15 minutes. This helps them firm up and makes them easier to handle.
  4. While the balls are chilling, melt your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until completely smooth.
  5. Remove the chilled balls from the fridge and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Use a fork or toothpick for easier handling. Place them back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Decorate immediately with sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
  7. Chill the chocolate-coated Moose Farts for another 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
