A refreshing and festive non-alcoholic mocktail featuring tart cranberry juice, fresh lime, sparkling water, and a hint of rosemary, perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) unsweetened or lightly sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled sparkling water (plain or lemon-flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 small fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • A handful of frozen cranberries for garnish (optional)
  • Ice cubes to fill glasses

Instructions

  1. Chill cranberry juice, sparkling water, and glasses in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Squeeze about 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice into a mixing pitcher, avoiding seeds.
  3. Add 1 cup cranberry juice to the pitcher. If desired, add 1 tablespoon simple syrup and adjust to taste.
  4. Stir gently to combine lime juice, cranberry juice, and syrup without losing fizz.
  5. Fill each serving glass about two-thirds full with ice cubes.
  6. Slowly pour 2 cups chilled sparkling water into the pitcher and stir lightly to combine.
  7. Divide the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
  8. Garnish each glass with fresh rosemary sprigs and a handful of frozen cranberries.
  9. Serve immediately to enjoy the best fizz and fresh flavors.

Notes

Chill ingredients and glasses beforehand to keep fizz longer. Stir gently after adding sparkling water to preserve bubbles. Add garnishes last minute to avoid bitterness from rosemary. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup or apple juice as preferred. Can prepare juice mixture up to 24 hours ahead and add sparkling water and garnishes before serving.
