  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • Optional toppings: fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, or a squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Peel them if desired, then slice into ⅛-inch rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Make sure each slice is evenly coated.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping for optimal crispiness. Work in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the slices using tongs. Air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Transfer the potato slices to a plate, sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan (optional), and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

Pat the potato slices dry before seasoning to remove excess moisture for better crisping. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and flip the slices halfway through cooking for even results.
