A creamy and decadent no-bake peanut butter pie with a graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until it’s light and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to keep the airy texture.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula for a clean finish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the filling set completely.
  6. Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over the pie and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips for extra flair.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. Chill thoroughly for at least 4 hours for the best texture. Customize the crust or toppings to suit your taste.
