These irresistible pepperoni roll-ups are the perfect party snack idea, easy to make and guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser. They feature melted cheese, crispy dough, and savory pepperoni for a comforting treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Lay them flat on your work surface.
  4. Place a slice of pepperoni at the wider end of each triangle. Add a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of the pepperoni.
  5. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle tightly toward the pointed end. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Melt the butter and use a pastry brush to lightly coat the tops of the roll-ups. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan or Italian seasoning on top, if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair them with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Keep an eye on the roll-ups during baking as crescent dough can brown quickly. If the tops are getting too dark, cover them loosely with aluminum foil for the last few minutes.
