A simple and delicious frozen treat combining juicy peaches with the tangy kick of margarita flavors, perfect for summer parties and poolside fun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (about 2 cups / 300 g)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) tequila blanco
  • ½ cup (120 ml) fresh lime juice
  • ⅓ cup (65 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 2 tbsp (30 ml) triple sec or orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice about 3 medium ripe peaches (roughly 2 cups / 300 g sliced).
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine sliced peaches, tequila blanco, fresh lime juice, granulated sugar, water, and a pinch of sea salt. Add triple sec if using.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. For a creamier texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or water as needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight for best texture.
  7. To unmold, run molds under warm water for 10-15 seconds and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Adjust sugar and water to balance tartness and freezing texture. For easier unmolding, run molds under warm water briefly. Non-alcoholic version can be made by omitting tequila and triple sec and adding extra peach juice or lemonade.
