  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (120ml)
  • ¾ cup blue cheese crumbles (100g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (110g)
  • ½ cup sour cream (120ml)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (5g)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (2g)
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Celery sticks, crackers, or tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the ½ cup buffalo wing sauce and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the mixture into an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Scatter the blue cheese crumbles evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges and the cheese starts to brown slightly.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle chopped green onions on top if desired.
  10. Serve warm with celery sticks, crackers, or tortilla chips.
