A festive, bite-sized dish combining the best holiday flavors of turkey, stuffing, and cranberries. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any comfort food occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked stuffing
  • 2 cups shredded or finely chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked stuffing, shredded turkey, dried cranberries, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Crack 2 large eggs into the mixture and pour in chicken or turkey broth. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients stick together when pressed.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Melt the butter and gently brush the tops of each stuffing ball.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and heated through.
  7. Allow the stuffing balls to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

[‘If the mixture feels too dry, add more broth one tablespoon at a time.’, ‘Don’t overmix the ingredients to avoid dense stuffing balls.’, ‘Test one stuffing ball before baking the entire batch to adjust seasoning if needed.’, ‘For a golden, crispy exterior, don’t skip brushing the tops with melted butter.’]
