Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480ml) sparkling lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup (240ml) berry syrup (raspberry or strawberry, homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cranberry juice (not from concentrate)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons / 30ml)
  • 1/2 cup (75g) mixed fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, washed and sliced if needed)
  • Thinly sliced lemon wheels
  • Edible glitter or pink sugar crystals (optional)
  • 810 fresh mint leaves (lightly bruised for aroma)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice fresh berries. Cut lemon wheels and rinse mint leaves.
  2. In a large pitcher (2-3 quarts), add berry syrup, cranberry juice, coconut water, and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour in sparkling lemonade and stir very gently to preserve fizz.
  4. Add ice cubes to the pitcher or chill glasses with ice separately.
  5. Drop in mixed berries and lemon wheels. Sprinkle with edible glitter or pink sugar crystals if desired. Add mint leaves, lightly bruised.
  6. Pour into highball glasses, including berries and mint in each glass. Top with extra lemonade for more fizz if desired.
  7. Adjust color or sweetness as needed: add more berry syrup for color, more lime for tartness, or more sparkling lemonade for fizz.
  8. Prep garnishes ahead for efficiency. Serve immediately for best bubbles.
  9. Snap a photo and enjoy!

Notes

Chill all ingredients before mixing for maximum refreshment. Stir gently after adding sparkling lemonade to preserve bubbles. Prep garnishes ahead for quick assembly. For low-sugar, use diet lemonade and sugar-free syrup. Make the base ahead and add sparkling lemonade and garnishes just before serving. For adults, add vodka, gin, or prosecco. If berries are an allergen, substitute watermelon or apple slices.
